Bee Disease Regulation (Sections 69-25-101 through 69-25-109) – The Bureau conducts inspections of apiaries (bee colonies) to prevent the introduction and spread of infectious and contagious diseases of honey bees. Migratory beekeepers, queen breeders and producers of package bees are required to have inspection certificates before they can ship honey bees and used beekeeping equipment.
